We're open 7 days a week, from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Sunday, including public holidays.
How long does a wash take?▾
Express wash takes about 30 minutes, Premium about 45 minutes, and Signature 60+ minutes. Detailing packages can take 2-6 hours depending on the service.
Do you hand wash only?▾
Yes. Every wash at Gloss is done entirely by hand. We don't use automatic machines or brushes that could damage your paintwork.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and online payment through our website.
Do prices include GST?▾
Yes, all prices listed on our website and in-store are inclusive of GST.
Can I wait while my car is being washed?▾
Absolutely. We have a comfortable waiting area where you can relax while we take care of your vehicle.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?▾
Yes, for detailing services we offer pickup and delivery within a 30km radius for $30. Contact us to arrange.
What if my car has excessive dirt or pet hair?▾
Vehicles with excessive dirt, heavy stains, or significant pet hair may incur an additional surcharge. We'll always let you know before proceeding.
How do memberships work?▾
Memberships give you 2 washes per month at a discounted rate, plus extras discounts and perks. You can sign up online or in-store. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

We collect your name, email, phone number, vehicle type, and registration number to provide our services, manage memberships, and link your service history across online and in-store visits. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
